Effective Managers Program
Pascons has arranged this public course for
companies who wish to send one or two staff to
the program instead of having their own in-house
program. The course duration will be 4 days
with limited number of 10 participants at The
Windsor Suites Hotel (Sukhumvit 18-20) on
November 24-25 and December 01-02, 2010. The
course fee is Baht 20,000 per person (not
included VAT).
It is a special intensive program which will
include coaching and workshop sessions to lead
participants through their individual working
environment.  They will use what they learn from
a very small class as tools to analyst and
implement for improvement on individual basis. 
They will build up to have higher performance
leadership quality and will become one of the key
leaders to influence other staff to produce for
better performance in their organization.  
 - 4 days course (from 09.00-16.00) -  It has
been arranged previously as exclusive in- house
program for more than 30 individual
well-known companies       - Every week
participants will have time to digest on
what they receive from class and to compare with
the reality of what they are facing with for
further discussion and analysis during the
following coaching session. They will have their
own action plan after the completion of the
program. It will also create networking for
future cooperation and improvement  - Course will
be conducted in Thai language (an option in
English is also available) with materials
for participants in English  -  Exclusive
in-house program for small group is also
available upon request and booking
