How to actually collaborate with all
paraprofessionals?

• Three different possible structures, which are
  not equal in their results or outcomes are
  discussed.
• The three team models are
• The multidisciplinary model.
• The interdisciplinary model.
• The transdisciplinary model.

Transdisciplinary team vs. Soccer

• The transdisciplinary team model is often
  regarded as the most suitable and effective
  method of coordinating services and improving the
  functioning of LSDs.
• This model provides co-ordinated services across
  disciplines rather than isolated services within
  disciplines

• Soccer one team member (usually the coach)
  is responsible for getting the players of the
  team, getting equipment ready, training,
  coordinating with the player, getting other
  people in to help with the training etc.
• Transdisciplinary model - one professional,
  usually the teacher, is responsible for
  coordinating and implementing most of the
  services, including those traditionally regarded
  as a speciality of other professionals.

• The coach regular contact with his players and
  make sure they practice in the afternoon after
  work.
• The teacher keeps regular contact with all other
  professionals involved and incorporates the
  required therapies into the learners daily
  learning routines.

• Soccer starting off with a game plan, plan the
  moves, assess if its going to work. Can they use
  these techniques during a match!
• Transdisciplinary - Assessment and planning is
  the initial process of a transdisciplinary model
  in daily educational practice.

• Soccer - you look at the match and analysed it
  you will change your game plan, gain new skills
• A students performance is analysed in natural
  settings and then it is determined which
  modifications, adaptations, or skills are needed
  in these environments.

Soccer Role release Players sometimes change
position. Striker change with a wing. To be
successful they must share some information
(maybe about secret moves). Explain how they play
their position. Role release by
professionals is an important element of the
transdisciplinary model. For role release to be
successful, professionals must share information
with each other about their activities and
explain how certain procedures are carried out.
