Issue The Unaddressed Admail screen is missing
the left-hand navigation pane and you therefore
cannot access your Current Orders.
Workaround Navigate to any other mailing screen
and the left-hand navigation pane will appear,
allowing you to select Current Orders.
Step 2 The left-hand navigation pane appears.
Select Current Orders.
Step 1 From the EST home page, select another
service (For example, Lettermail).

Issue On the address books screen, your address
books appear to be missing.
Workaround Select the Search button (as shown
below) to bring up your address books.

Issue VentureOne customers have a blank
profile and therefore cannot ship in EST Online.
Workaround Select the Change button and fill in
the Mailed on Behalf of and Paid By fields, as
shown below.
