• Why is TAMP important?

TAMP Eligibility

• All TAMP components may be initiated at this
  time
• Retirees
• 24 months prior to retirement
• Separatees
• 12 months prior to separation
• Involuntary Separatees
• Immediately upon notification of potential
  separation
• Reservists
• If on active duty more than 180 consecutive days
