Introduction to Word Processing
  • Word processing is the use of computer software
    to enter and edit text.
  • You can create and edit documents such as letters
    and reports.
  • Microsoft Word is a user-friendly software that
    enables the user to enter and edit text, It can
    be used for something as simple as a letter or
    complex as a newsletter.
  • These documents can be used in your school,
    career, personal and business activities.

Using Document Views

    keyboard to move the insertion point.

Saving A Document

Zoom Full screen view
  • Zoom view allows you to magnify and reduce your
    document on the screen.
  • Full screen removes the toolbars, rulers, and
    scrollbars from the screen. This gives the user
    a fuller view of the document.
  • It leaves only the document and the Close Full

  • The toolbars, rulers, and scrollbars are removed.
