In 2002 We didnt know what we didnt know about technology and what District 214 needed.
Administration and Board decided we needed assistance Where are we? What should we do? Where are we going? How do we get there?
We needed big time help!!!!

Brought in an outside technology information system expert to
analyze current technology environment
conduct in-depth organization interviews
suggest technology system design
suggest technology organization structure and technology administration design
define a short and long-range plan
