- Simply copying the existing process definitions
into the report adds no value. - Record the specific samples and results that were
reviewed during the audit. - Process measures and outputs should be sampled,
reviewed and recorded for every audit. - Audit trails may or may not take you into the
other parts of the process (inputs, who, how,
what, etc.) - Only complete the remaining sections that were
reviewed. It is a sampling of the process. (i.e.
if you did not review competencies then do not
enter anything in this box)
