  • Flintcoat Corporation operated a roofing
    materials plant and liquid products mill on the
    property until the year of 1958 when operation
    ceased. In 1989 Flintcoat deeded the property to
    action wrecking inc. They used the property for
    vehicle repair.

  • In 1999 the Il Attorney General filed an action
    against Action Wrecking Inc. Charging numerous
    ILEPA violation existed on the property (99CH
    7913).
