2When you open up Microsoft Word it looks like

It can be a little confusing!
4But Microsoft Word can be quite easy to use once
you get started and there are ways you can make
it even easier!
These are called shortcuts.
5Most shortcuts use the key on your keyboard known
as the Control Key.
There are lots of different keyboards, but on
most standard keyboards it is in the same place.
6So lets start using some shortcuts
To start using shortcuts you first need to know
how to highlight the text you would like to
change.
There is even an easy way to do this!
7Instead of using your mouse to drag along the
text.

highlight one word.

text look bold.

somewhere else
