Affective Test

• Purpose To test the students on non-skill
  abilities before the game, during the game, and
  after the game.
• Ex Sportsmanship Fair Play
• Instructions I need everyone to split into two
  equal teams. We are going to play a game of
  ultimate football. While playing you are to meet
  the 5 criteria.

Modifications

• Modifications If someone is injured they will
  keep score of the game.
• Absent If the student provides valid excuse they
  can take the cognitive test.
• Weather If it rains we will play inside on the
  gym floor.
