HOW TO CREATE A DEALER SALES FLYER

1. Save the document from the web site to your
   computer. Open the Dealer Sell Sheets folder
   from the web sites main page. Right click on
   the .doc file and select save target as. You
   must have Microsoft Word on your computer.
2. Choose the location on your computer where you
   would like the document to be stored.
3. Open the document from this location each time
   you would like to edit an existing document or
   create a new one. You do not need to access the
   web site to create a sales flyer once it has been
   saved to your computer.

Using Beauty Shots(capturing the image)

• Open the Beauty Shots folder from the Brochure
  Images folder on the web sites main page.
• Drag the cursor over the image you would like to
  insert into the sales flyer.
• Double click over that image.
• Once the image enlarges, choose Select All from
  Edit on your menu tool bar (at top).
• Once image is highlighted, choose Copy from the
  Edit menu.
• Open a New Word document (blank).
• Right click over the new document and select
  Paste.
• Right click over the image and select Edit
  Picture.
• Left click over the image.
• Place cursor over any of the images corners and
  drag toward its center. This will allow you to
  reduce the pictures size. You may need to
  repeat this a couple of times. You want the
  image to be small before inserting it into the
  sales flyer. Once sized, right click over the
  image and select Copy.

Using Beauty Shots(placing the image)

• Open the Sales Flyer you saved onto your
  computer. (NOTE You may close out of the Edit
  and New Word document you opened to edit the
  picture.)
• Left click over the area where the photograph
  will be placed (photo orientation).
• Touch your Backspace button on your keyboard to
  delete the orientation grid.
• Place your cursor where the orientation grids
  were, right click and select Paste.
• Left click over the image to place it properly.
  You may place the cursor over one of the images
  corners to re-size it (larger or smaller) in the
  area.
• You may now edit the copy, Series and bullets to
  fit your selling needs. Additionally, you may
  insert a desired logo in the appropriate place by
  copying and pasting it in the designated area.
