broadcastings to the digital technology. The
second aim To make technological solution for
transition of radio and television
broadcastings to the digital
technology. The third aim To organize
framework for transition of radio and television
broadcastings to
the digital technology according to the unified
plan in terms of
the geographical position partly and step by
step. The fourth aim To organize the
training and advertise about the program to the
citizen,
institutions and economic entity. Switch off

Investment

• Government will invest for digital television
  migration of UHF Tv
• 2011-2013 10 billion tugrug (USD 8.2 million)
  for digital tv migration

• 3. Network, which is transmitting the system of
  Analogue technology in Mongolia now, will be
  terminated at 12 am , 31st July, 2014, and the
  digital technology system will start in use.
• To take advice from foreign and domestic
  countries, to disseminate the experiences of the
  foreign countries, which have been already
  transmitted to the digital radio and television
  broadcasting system.
• To formulate the instructions and recommendation
  and to advertise to the public.
• To organize the training and advertisement among
  the citizen.
