- Reviewed by the NPMA Executive board
- Numerous Changes were made to clarify the
questions, job headings, and to fit the survey
instrument
4SURVEY POPULATION AND METHODOLOGY
- The population for this study consisted of ALL
NPMA members as of 1 July 2005 - Therefore N3819
- Survey Distribution was accomplished through a
MAIL SURVEY with an optical scan form enclosed - with an NPMA addressed envelope

- Survey Response Rate
- 103 Mailings were returned as undeliverable
thereby reducing our N to 3716 - 1062 Usable surveys were received by the cut-off
date of July 27th. - Response Rate of 29
