Transformational Leadership
  • The leader identifies the needed change, creates
    a vision to guide the change through inspiration,
    and executes the change with the commitment of
    the members of the group

    commitments, exhibit distinctive qualities of
    style and substance and can be trusted to be
    morally diligent in advancing the enterprises
    they lead.

    room so that theyre honest with each other
