Throughout the training, the female students will
recognize the pressures they experience as a
woman, explore all the expectations from their
peers and society, examine their beliefs about
what it is to be like and mean to be a woman, and
uncover the restricting beliefs they place on
themselves due to their interpretations of
masculinity and femininity.
