Course Objectives

• To define the principles and practices of
  Community Driven Development
• To identify the policy environment, opportunities
  and/or challenges of effective implementation of
  a CDD project
• To analyze and use techniques to manage potential
  conflicts inherent in local development
• To incorporate tools for social accountability
  into project and policy design
