Preventing Exploitation

Dynamics of Discrimination

• Because of status insulated from discrimination
  faced by Mexicans and Puerto Ricans.
• Therefore many have white collar jobs few blue
  collar.
• Created Little Havana due to entrepreneurial
  opportunities.
