Hostess Coaching..
  • Below are tips that will help ensure that you
    have a successful presentation without
    cancellations, it will help to increase your
    sales, get your hostess excited about her/his
    show so he/she gets the guests to commit to
    coming. There are five steps to successful
    hostess coaching.

Hostess Coaching
  • As soon as the hostess commits to having a show
    with the date in place, have him/her call all of
    the guests for a SAVE THE DATE call. It is
    important to give the hostess a packet that
    includes Arbonnes carbon copy invite list so
    they can fill out the info for the guests being
    invited, an EOA, and whatever hostess benefits
    you will be offering them. I do the following

  • Every 250 in sales you get to pick out 100 in
    product
  • get at least 150 in outside orders before the
    party and get the RE-9 Anti-Aging BodyCare Set
    for FREE ( the you make on the outside orders
    will pay for this)
  • Have 10 or more purchasing guests at your show
    and you will get an FYI Body Butter Wash of
    your choice for free
  • Get 2 or more booking from your show and you
    will get the Re-9 Anti-Aging Facial Scrub
    Masque for FREE
  • Get 3 or more bookings from your show a
    minimum of 750 in sales and you will get a 100
    voucher to use for whatever products you would
    like in lieu of the Re-9 facial scrub masque

  • Set up an Arbonne Evite through the tools section
    of Internet consultants fill out all the
    hostess info, details from the party. Get the
    invite list from the hostess and enter in all
    their emails and phone s so you can keep track
    along with the hostess of who is coming. If
    there are NOs, than encourage the hostess to
    talk with them to schedule a one-on-one with you
    before or after the party or to get outside
    orders, so that way their sale will go towards
    the hostesses party total. This is a great way
    for you to stay in touch with the hostess know
    what to expect at the show.

  • Mail out a hard copy invite..typically a themed
    one, or a postcard one that you can get from
    Arbonne. Send this out 2 weeks before the show.
    I would recommend that you mail these out for the
    hostess.

  • Drop off a pamper bucket for the hostess about
    3 or 4 days before her show to get her excited
    about the product. This could be a basket or
    bucket with different full size products for them
    to use and then you get back the night of their
    show. (I put in a full size Re-9 set, a full
    size shampoo conditioner, the Sea Source Rescue
    Wash, 24-hour Body lotion, Re-9 facial scrub
    masque). If she loves the products, she is more
    apt to help you sell them that night by her
    testimonial. Everyone will want to have the
    opportunity to book their own show so they can
    have the pamper bucket themselves.

  • Have the hostess call all of her guests about 2
    days before the show to remind them about the
    party. Guests could have forgotten, and this
    reminds them, that personal touch makes a HUGE
    difference.
