  planning to incorporate ESD into your work/life
• One thought per post-it
• Gives everybody time to generate individual ideas
• Share your individual ideas with your group
  members
• Each group should agree a number of inclusive
  Basic Ordering Ideas (BOIs)
• Makes combination of individual ideas easier
