  successes you have had in diagnostic services.

• You must include at least ten digital images that
  portrays you in work or class scenarios in which
  you are actively involved in healthcare
  activities.
• This is a way to demonstrate to other people some
  of your skills.
• This is a way to emphasize some of your training.
• Digital images may be pictures or video clips.

Reflective Essay

• To show your thoughts on all of your healthcare
  related courses, seminars, workshops, volunteer
  and work experiences.

• What is your career objective?
• Research and describe the duties of your career

• What postsecondary schools offer training or

• You are to list five short term goals.
• You are to list two long term goals.
