NP-7C Clark-Subic - Tarlac Develop East Circumferential Road, Upgrade Magalang Angeles Road, Road widening of West Circumferential Road (Friendship highway) up to 4 lanes, Development of inter municipality road from San Simon to Mabalacat Improve the Tarlac Sta.
