  • Greece is one of the best world by resorts with
    magnificent sandy coast washed by the Aegean Sea
    and the Mediterranean Sea.

Geographical situation.
  • Greece is located in a southern part of the
    Balkan peninsula and on Small Asia islands. Also
    it is washed by three seas. The Greek landscape
    is an alternation of mountains, numerous
    islands, straits and bays. There are not enough
    plains, they are concentrated in the east of the
    country, In Greece there are more than 20 lakes.

Climate.
  • In summer there are not enough rains, but in
    winter there are many strong downpours. Average
    temperature of water in summer is 27 degrees
    above zero. The bathing season in Greece begins

    visiting historical places. In June perfect
    weather is for bathing and resting. The velvet
    season is in September and October.

  • Temple of Niki Apteros. During turkish domination
    the temple was disassembled and used for
    construction of fortification at the end of 19th
    century. New temple was build from the preseved
    parts.

Kret.
Kret is a solar island, with its blue-green sea,
golden beaches and tropical palms. It is one of
the most popular vacation spots in all Greece.
Kret is the largest island of Greece and the
fifth on size among islands of the Mediterranean
Sea. Here there are many ruins of ancient time,
especially the castle of Knossos and Festos. The
Venetian castle in Retimno is a popular place of
visitors.

colourful and fragrant. In Greece, as well as in
other countries of Mediterranean, people prefer
healthy food. One of the oldest culinary recipes
known in the world is a recipe of preparation of
