- Write down the meeting agenda before the meeting.

- Record the meeting summary after the meeting.

- If you're unclear about something that's been
said, ask for more information to clear up any
confusion before moving on. - Reviewing and summarizing the discussion.

Problems in work distribution. Distribute work fairly by knowing your members.
Problems in decision making and acceptance. Listen to others and determine your guidelines in decision making.
Time management Problems. Time management sheet.
Problems in the quality of the submitted work. Determine your quality standards in the beginning of the project, and before every phase.
General conflicts between the team members. Guidelines for each common conflict.
