    services that are designed to reduce re-offending

NOMS Target to reduce re-offending
  • Reducing re-offending 2005-2011
  • To deliver a 5 reduction in re-offending by
    adults and young offenders by 2007-08 compared to
    2002-03
  • Leading to a 10 reduction in re-offending by
    2010- 11

NOMS Vision for Integrated Offender Management
  • Our vision of integrated offender management is
    of a single offender manager accountable for
    implementation of a whole sentence, whether
    served partly in custody and partly in the
    community or wholly in the community.
