• Self governing increased autonomy forging long
  term relationships with partners to energise and
  raise standards
• Partnerships - A way for schools to raise
  standards by strengthening leadership and ethos
  by long term sustainable partnerships
• School driven no single blueprint or model
• Charitable not for profit organisations that
  have educational aims
