Background Snowline PI Status
  • Snowline District was notified in April 2004 it
    was a Program Improvement District.
  • The designation was based on one area, ELA, and
    one subgroup, Students With Disabilities (SWD).
  • The district submitted for a waiver based on
    recalculation of special education population,
    elementary grade span.
  • The waiver was denied based on a state
    calculation of SWD 13.3 (13.6 required)
    proficient.
