HIGH PRIEST

• Taken from among men.
• Appointed for men in things pertaining to God
• To offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins.
• He can have compassion on ignorant and straying
  since he too is subject to weakness.
• He first offered sacrifice for his sins then the
  peoples
• It is an honor given by Gods call.

CHRIST AS HIGH PRIEST

• Didnt glorify Himself But God said, You are
  My Son. Today I have begotten You.
• And, You are a priest forever after the order of
  Melchizedek.
• In the time of His flesh, Christ offered up
  prayers and supplications with vehement cries and
  tears to Him, able to save Him from death.
• He was heard in that He feared.

CHRIST AS HIGH PRIEST

• Though a son, He learned obedience by what He
  suffered.
• Being made perfect He became author of eternal
  salvation to all who obey Him.
• Called by God as High Priest after Melchizedek.
• Lot to say about Him, but you arent able to
  handle it.

SPIRITUAL IMMATURITY

• By this time you ought to be teachers.
• But you need one to teach you again the basic
  principles of Gods word.
• You need milk
• Not solid food.
• You are unskilled in the word.
• Solid food is for those of full age
• By use of the word the mature have their senses
  exercised to discern both good and evil.
