Strategic Priorities
Priority 2 Recruit and retain a diverse,
highly-qualified, caring, and effective
staff. Pay teachers and all staff a competitive
salary.
Priority 1 All students reading, writing, and
doing math at grade level, at least by third
grade.

Priority 4 All schools in Franklin County will
be safe and orderly with no tolerance for
behavior that interferes with teaching and
learning. Franklin County Schools will provide a
healthy, safe, and orderly environment for its
students.
Priority 3 Franklin County Schools will develop
and implement a long-range facility plan that is
proactive. It will be based on the very best
student growth projections from county and state
agencies.
