Why Phase III project ?

• To fulfill our need for a Community Masjid

Phase III Overall Description

• The Overall Masjid and East Wing Community Center
  project are deigned as a single connected
  together L shape building with a total area of
  25,150 SF which includes
• A two story Masjid Area totaling 3.500 SF
• Includes a ground floor prayer
• And a second floor Prayer balcony
• The Minaret and the Dome will be visible from
  Ontario Av

Phase III Overall Description

• Also the two story East Wing Community Center
  totals 21,000 SF that includes
• A Grand Central Lobby with a lounge and café area
  
• A large multi-purpose hall that can be used as an
  extension to the prayer hall of the Masjid. Also
  it can be rented out for weddings and special
  events and conferences
• A Dawah, Interfaith and Outreach Center, designed
  to present Islam to the non-Muslims in the best
  of ways and it will be equipped with state-of-the
  art inter- active multi-media tools for teaching
  and learning Islam. And will be decorated with
  Islamic calligraphy and art

Phase II Cost Estimate

• Masjid Cost may range From 1.4 To 1.7 Million
• The Two Story Community East Wing From 2 to 3
  Million
• Total projected cost From 3.4 to 4.7 Million
• The actual final cost will all depend on the
  economy and the market conditions at the time of
  start of construction

• We will have a Community Center where our
  children and youth will have a place where they
  can have fun, learn, pray, play and be safe.
• A Masjid with its beautiful Islamic
  Architecture, overlooking all of Santana Park and
  can be seen from quite far. And where we can pray
  in peace and tranquility.
• A state of the art Dawah and Outreach Center
  where the message of Allah can be presented to
  the surrounding non-Muslim communities.
• And a Community Center where our community can
  meet, socialize, develop bonds and learn.

Phase III Next Steps

• Collect enough funds to get started and maintain
  development continuity
