Notify buttons have been added to various
e-campus pages to allow easy access for emailing
advisors, advisees, or students within a
class. Examples of pages where the notify
buttons exist are Advisee Roster Class
Roster Grade Roster View My Advisors

The notify buttons have been added in pairs. One
button allows for the emailing of one or more
selected people. The second button allows for
the email to be sent to the entire population
(i.e. all students in a class). Following is an
example of how the notify buttons work

To email selected people
Check person(s) who should receive the email and
then click Notify Selected Advisors.

The e-ID of the person(s) you chose
auto-populates into the To box.
Enter your message and click Send Notification.
Or click Cancel to return to the previous page.

Click Notify All Advisors.
