Overview

• The goals of the Electricity Tracking System are
  to
• Monitor electricity use and cost, particularly
  with respect to Citywide energy conservation
  efforts
• Eliminate billing errors, tariff changes and late
  charges from all City electricity accounts
• Provide facility managers with timely feedback on
  electricity use and cost
• Encourage employee energy conservation efforts
• Compare energy use and cost for the most recent
  complete month to the same month, last year
