• It is my belief that the legal system, as it is,
  is unable to properly ensure the demands of truth
  and justice to those who desire them.
• The law has many gray areas that sometimes
  render it incapable of providing everything a
  client may seek. One thing that people often
  seek from the law that cannot be provided with
  any certainty or guarantee is the truth.

• Although law has both the capacity and the moral
  obligation to provide justice and repayment, it
  may not always -- or even often -- do so.
  Nevertheless, the legal arena remains the proper
  forum for the response to these demands and if
  the law sometimes fails to function correctly, it
  is the legal system that must change to operate
  more efficiently
• Because of the multi-variant nature of justice,
  the current American court system does not have
  the capacity to meet the expectations of justice
  for all people who seek it.
