Majid Khan later captained Pakistan.
2Marriage
Imran Khan got married in 1995 to Jemima who was
daughter of the late UK billionaire Sir James
Goldsmith, later became a Muslim.
3Divorce!
ISLAMABAD, 22nd June 2004 Imran Khan and Jemima
had divorced and ended their nine-year marriage.
I sadly announce that Jemima and I have
divorced, Imran said. This was a mutual
decision and is clearly very sad for both of us.
My home and my future is in Pakistan, he said
in a statement. Whilst Jemima tried her best to
settle here, her political life made it
difficult for her to adapt to life in Pakistan.
4Imran Khan Cricketing Life
- Imran was made captain of the Pakistan team in
1982 and led the Pakistani team under his
captaincy to victory over every other cricketing
country in the world. - He moulded them into a great team through his
skills and understanding and taught them what
team spirit was and made the players give their
best instead of just playing for themselves. - In 82-83 Pakistan slaughtered Australia by
beating them three times in a row

6POLITICS
- In 1997, he had started a socio-political
movement in Pakistan known as Movement for
Justice and ran for office in the National
Elections. The movement has Islamic overtones and
was inspired partly by Khan's renewed commitment
