GOAL Utilize Talent Acquisition to
create/document all Faculty Offer letters and
hiring agreements.

• Created special table to record Position, Length
  of Appointment, Teaching Loads, ABD, etc.
• Table drives the auto-generation of the offer
  letter.
• Table interfaces to HCM and a variety of other
  university databases to create a holistic view of
  the individual and synchronize the data
  throughout campus.

• Letter Auto-Gen - Using logic built in the
  background, a program determines which template
  to use and chooses the applicable sections for
  each candidate. We have broken the template into
  Faculty, Academic Professionals and
  Administrative Appointments.
• Letter opens on local desktop and allows user to
  save, edit and print the document.
• Letter stored to the applicant profile so that
  the Provosts Office can reference it at a later
  date.
