One to One Exchange

• 1 Georgia Tech Student goes abroad
• 1 International Student comes to Georgia Tech

Employer Requirements

• Provide a technical assignment (including lab
  space) specifying what technical skills and
  background the student should have
• Pay an hourly wage between 8-12 per hour
• Pay an initial fee of 600 to host for up to 3
  months and 950 for up to 6 months

Benefits of having an IAESTE Chapter at Georgia
Tech

• Student members of IAESTE Georgia Tech will take
  care of all the logistical issues for the interns
  arriving on campus
• Find housing for incoming intern
• Take intern to the social security office
• Organize cultural events for them so they make an
  easy transition to the US
• Ensure their contact with Georgia Tech students
  for a more global campus

Additional Benefit

• Faculty willing to host IAESTE students for 6
  months are eligible for a subsidy of up to 1500
• Subsidy will support visiting students sharing
  their home country work and educational
  experiences with undergraduate GT students
