  Information, and Computational Sciences (MICS)

• Contact the MICS HBCU program manager with an
  application abstract (1 page max.)

• Addresses DOE MICS mission needs
• Applied Mathematics
• Computer Science
• Network Environment Research
• Is thoroughly thought out
• Describe what youre going to do!
• Include a good abstract!
• Long histories of prior work or the field are not
  needed but you should demonstrate that you aware
  of current work!
• Has a realistic and justifiable budget
• Is measurable
• Has deliverables and progress reports
• Is properly submitted
• Via IIPS
• All sections are filled out correctly
