Kafarhata, a small but beautiful village situated
in Koura casa, North Lebanon. Kafarhata is
famous for its natural beauty, great weather and
loving citizens. Kafarhata village is
considered the capital and the center of
Kouayteh.  It is 350 meters above the sea level,
68 km north of Beirut and is only 7 km away from
the Mediterranean seacoast

• One can reach Kafarhata through either one of
  these five roads
• Batroun - Hamat - Ras Nhash - Kafarhata.
• Chekka - Kefraya - Kafarhata.
• Amyoun - Kafarhazir - Kafarhata.
• Kousba - Bziza - Majdel - Kaftoun - Btaaboura -
  Kafarhata.
• Boukssmayya - Kaftoun - Btaaboura - Kafarhata. 
• All these roads pass through forests of
  Mediterranean trees and overlook the valleys.

• Kafarhata enjoys moderate four-season weather
• Warm comfortable summer
• Beautiful moderate spring and autumn,
• And cold winter.Kakarhata is known for its
  pacifist inhabitants who came to it a long time
  ago from different Lebanese regions Kfarzibian
  farm, Al Choueir, Duma, Baskinta, Akkar, Amioun,
  Batroun, Sourat, Tartij. Like all Koura
  residents, Kafarhata inhabitants are highly
  cultivated the rate of education in Kafarhata is
  the highest in the region.

KFARHATA Archaeology
Kafarhata embraces pretty good archeological
remains. There are a great number of ancient
monasteries, sanctuaries, and churches
Kafarhata is the multitude of empty sarcophagus
spread in Kalah El-Burj, Al-Chaluk, and near
Saint Mama monastery as well as the discovery of
some jars full of silver coins while digging a
land in Al-Karkafi.
