Departmental Deposits
  • Departmental deposits can now be viewed
    online.
  • If you are looking for a deposit, you can review
    all receipts posted by the Business Office for
    your department. More information can be found
    on the Accounting Services website at the
    following link Department Receipts

UND Purchasing Card
The Purchasing Card transactions for October have
posted in PeopleSoft.
  • Any corrections need to be processed on a
    Journal Voucher for all non-grant funds. Charges
    on grant funds (Fund 40000-49999) should
    corrected on a Journal Entry.
