    homeless families to achieve permanent housing
    and self-sufficiency

J2H Implementation The Salvation Army
  • In Franklin County, The Salvation Army (TSA) will
    lead J2H implementation.
  • TSA currently works with families and single
    women using a direct housing model.
  • In 2008, TSA served 238 families with 97
    achieving successful housing outcomes.
  • TSA has job training programs and the expertise
    to build partnerships with additional job
    training programs.

  • Intake and Assessment
  • YWCA Family Center serves as the family system
    front door and directs families to programs
    that best meet the needs identified.
  • The YWCA Family Center will conduct intake and
    assess families for J2H as well as other next
    step housing programs.
