1. Click on the Dispatches Icon - and the
dispatch screen opens.
2. Click on the New Form Icon - and a New
Dispatch Form opens.

1. Select Company Truck when dispatching company
drivers, owner operators and lease operators.
2. Click on the down arrow opposite tractor.
Select a tractor from the drop down list. (To
add a tractor go to Equipment section)

1. Click on the down arrow opposite Trailer 1.
Select a trailer from the drop down list.
(To add a trailer go to Equipment section)
2. Click on the down arrow opposite Driver 1.
Select a driver from the drop down list. (To
add a driver go to Personnel section)

1. Once a piece of equipment has been used in a
dispatch the system defaults on the next
dispatch to the last Tractor, Trailer and Driver
used. As a result, only the Tractor must be
selected on future dispatches.
2. If Tarp or Air Ride are required, then select
the appropriate flag(s).

1. Click on Save. Notice the Dispatch has been
given a TRIP .
2. Click on the shipment tab to open the dispatch
shipment screen. Click on Add Shipment. An
Active Shipments List will open.

1. Select Shipment Types as undispatched. Select
the shipment(s) to dispatch on this truck.
Hold down the Ctrl key to select more then one
shipment at a time. Click Ok and the Active
Shipments screen will close.
2. The dispatch screen shows 2 shipments are
connected to this dispatch. Click on Route
Plan.

1. Highlight Location 1. On the right hand side
and notice it indicates if it is a pickup
or delivery. Sort Locations by highlighting one
location. Click the up arrow to move it up
and the down arrow to move it down.
2. Once you have sorted the locations highlight
the first location again.

1. Go through each location - highlight it, then
enter the date and time on the right in the
Location Information section. Complete the date
and time for each location.
2. Click on Save. Notice the revenue appears.
Click on the Payables tab.

1. If the driver is setup with automatic
payables, then the payables will appear
automatically when the dispatch is saved.
2. Click on Add Payable to manually add driver
pay. For more detail on payables contact the
support line.
