1. Click on the Orders Icon - and the order
screen opens.
2 . Select an undispatched order (blue in color)
and double-click on it.

1. The selected order will open up. Click
Dispatch Wizard.
2. The Dispatch Wizard screen will open up.
Select the shipment(s) from this order that
you will be dispatching on the same truck.
Flag the shipment(s) you wish to dispatch to this
truck and click on Next.

1. Select the dispatch type Use One-truck pickup
and delivery for all loads not cross docking
on one of your company docks.
2. Click on Next.

1. Select Company Truck when dispatching company
drivers, owner operators and lease operators.
2. Click on the down arrow opposite Tractor.
Select a tractor from the drop down list. (To
add a tractor go to Equipment section)

1. Click on the down arrow opposite Trailer 1.
Select a trailer from the drop down list.
(To add a trailer go to Equipment section)
2. Click on the down arrow opposite Driver 1.
Select a driver from the drop down list. (To
add a driver go to Personnel section)

1. Once a piece of equipment has been used in a
dispatch the system defaults on the next
dispatch to the last Tractor, Trailer and Driver
used. As a result, only the Tractor must be
selected on future dispatches.
2. If Tarp or Air Ride are required, then select
the appropriate flag(s).

1. Click on Finish Open. A new window opens and
assigns a TRIP . Click OK.
2. The new dispatch will open. Select location 1
and enter the departure date and time.
(Click on the down arrow.)

1. For location 2 - highlight it, enter the date
and time on the right in the Location
Information section.
2. Click on Save. Click on the Payables tab.

1. If the driver is setup with automatic
payables, then the payables will appear
automatically when the dispatch is saved.
2. Click on Add Payable to manually add driver
pay. Refer to the tutorial on creating
payables to complete the payable.
