social educational and government institutions.

- Sponsored a meeting for union members and postal
managers titled How to balance your career and
family life
- The CPWU passed a formal request to the postal
management,recommending that they offer new
postal service technology training courses

- The postal system has decided to build the 1st
retirement center in Taipei. - Postal workers will be given prefer employment
opportunities.
- Discussion held on with branch unions on the
issue of the balance for family life, career and
better industrial relationship with the employer
so that these three elements are in harmony.
