Example Coalition / Joint / Interagency
Operational Problem
  • Combatant Commanders are unable to maintain
maritime domain awareness on a global basis and
cannot generate, update and rapidly disseminate
high- quality ship tracks and metadata on a 24/7
basis and at multiple levels of security. The
process is manually intensive, time late, and too
    limited in number.

Example Capabilities Solution
  • The JCTD will demonstrate the capability to
automatically generate and maintain vessel tracks
globally using all available data sources(Top
    Secret (TS), Secret Compartmentalized Information
(SCI), Secret and SBU) fused at the SCI level. It
will automatically alarm and alert users to
anomalous vessel behavior and threat conditions
    and disseminate SuperTrack intelligence (tracks
plus metadata) to users at any security level.
