Title definitions
  • Case Managers (Case Advocates)  Paid Employees
    (paid by the Lutherans) that take case manage,
    listen, and support homeowners.  If a homeowner
    has had a needs assessment, then they will be
    assigned a case manager.  Based on where they
    fall on the vulnerability scale will determine if
    they will be given any additional grant dollars
    for rebuild.
  • Site Managers  These are specialized volunteers
    that check on the volunteer teams we have in the
    flood field.  These site managers provide
    encouragement, gopher, and instructions on the
    daily project.
  • Project Managers  FUMC has been granted one and
    awaits another grant request from Rockwell.  Its
    an 20 hr a week position that does estimination,
    instruction, quality control, and supply
    readiness
