    at what they do, and want to be on top when new
    knowledge arrives.

    be categorised in three components Cognitive
    component cognitive parts of an attitude The
    thinking, knowledge etc. Might be informed about
    the positive aspect concerning the interfaculty
    program, and all of its pros and
    contras.Affection component the feelings
    about a certain subject. The feeling a teacher
    has with the interfaculty program. Useful or not
    at all? Are there more pros than contras and
    why should they get involved with it.Behaviour
    component The actions a teacher can do. Take
    our flyer, read it, fill in the questions we put
    on the internet,
