• Reduces amount of construction equipment entering
  site from Brookford
• Could disrupt playground areas

• Bulk of facility underground
• Control panel above ground
• Will pump waste from River Road sewer to
  equalization basin

• Underground with control panel(s) above ground
• Will pump waste from Beverly sewer to new EQ
  basin

Force Main Sewer

• New sewer from Beverly pump station on west side
  of Anthony Wayne Trail down Brookford to the
  Equalization Basin
• To be located on south side of Brookford
• Shouldnt disturb street except for crossings
  at OLPH and Island Avenue
• Traffic maintained
• Will work with committee to minimize disruption

New Relief Sewers

• From River Road, Midland or Hemlock down River
  Road to Brookford
• New water line will be installed at same time
• Should help resolve water pressure problems
• Preferred sewer location is in east lane of River
  Road

• On Beverly from Brookford to Medford
• Both relief sewer lines should help alleviate
  basement flooding in area
