  lot size requirements, the owner has the right to
  subdivide the land into lots
• R-O (Residential Outlying)
• 150 feet road frontage
• 30,000 square foot lot size

• There are two forms of turn-around used.
• 2 point

Driveways

• Shared
• Wide minimum, with 2 obstruction free shoulder
  on each side.
• Individual
• An individual driveway shall be constructed in
  accordance with the same standards, but shall be
  not less than twelve (12) feet in width, and need
  not provide clear shoulders.

Parking Lots

• 5 Max Slope
• Except for parking in an enclosed structure
  (Garage), an 8 buffer is required from the
  parking lot to the structure.
• No entrance or exit driveway can be within 5 feet
  of a building.
• Each space must be 9X18 minimum.
• Up to 50 of all spaces may be 8X16 with proper
  signage for compact cars.

Parking Lots

• Entrance and exit driveways for parking areas
• Min for one-way 10ft
• Min for two-way 18ft
• The minimum curb radius shall be 15 feet.
• Parking areas of 25 or more spaces shall provide
  landscaped islands of a minimum width of four
  feet, with raised curbs.
• ----

Parking areas with 5 or more spaces shall provide
effective screening. Any required screening
barrier shall not be less than 3 feet high.
Screening shall not be located to obstruct driver
visions.
