9Capital Improvement Charge
- The City Controller shall increase, charge, and
collect for sewer or water service furnished by
the City, to all consumers and users for such
service the following monthly rates - (1) One dollar (1) per each residence, apartment
or mobile home - (2) Sixty (60) percent of the sewer rate as
calculated perthis Code, for all rooming,
boarding, or fraternal housing institutions,
industrial users, and commercial establishments.
