Policies and Procedures

• Garage Door Timing
• Timing of closing of garage doors
• One car at a time through the doors
• Resident/Visitor Entry Doors
• All residents must key themselves in
• Let visitors know they must only let themselves
  in when buzzed
• No notices placed outside of residents doors
• Water shut-offs
• Building/unit notices for repairs
• Notices on bulletin boards and in elevators

• Updated resident information sheets should be
  returned to the office
• Security Personnel
• Read all daily log reports
• Monitor security equipment closely
• Monitor 400 building entrance
• Perform entry checks and building rounds
• Perform other duties as identified

Upgrade of Security System

• Increase in the number of security cameras
• 16 currently to 35 cameras
• Installation of cameras in key entry areas, pools
  and 410 courtyard
• High Resolution of monitors (color monitors)
• Additional cameras in pool areas and in courtyard
• Upgrade of Intercom Phone System
• New intercom phone system
• Scheduled installation to begin mid-March

New Building Access System

• Board is considering the installation of a new
  building access system
• Key fobs/card readers
• Ability to better monitor access to the buildings
• Ability to maintain restricted access
• Ease of fob/card replacement
• Reasonable period for payback of investment
• Cost is estimated at 70,000 and expenditure
  would have to be moved up in the budget plan
