Cabin Safety Report (CSR)
The Cabin Safety Report (CSR) Form, has been
extracted from the newly developed Saudi Arabian
Airlines Safety Manual (SAASM), as prepared by
Corporate Safety, with reference to the aviation
operators safety practices working group of
Global Aviation Information Network (GAIN), where
SVA Corporate Safety is a participating member.

The CSR is a self-explanatory form that was
designed with the intention of meeting SVAs
operational needs. The (CSR) contains detailed
information required for further investigation
